1. Can I switch from Fixed Price to Bulk Hours?

   Yes. Many clients start with a Fixed Price MVP. Once the product is live and requirements become more fluid (maintenance, new features), they switch to Bulk Hours for ongoing agility.

2. How do you track Bulk Hours?

   Radical transparency. You receive a detailed timesheet every week showing exactly what was worked on, who worked on it, and how many hours were deducted from your balance.

3. What if I don't use all my Bulk Hours?

   Your hours never expire. You can keep them in your account for future updates, or you can transfer them to a new project.

4. Do different roles cost different amounts of hours?

   We offer a blended rate simplicity. Whether you need a Senior Architect or a Senior UI Designer, the hourly deduction remains consistent, simplifying your budgeting. (Note: Only include this if this is true for your business model. If not, change to: "We have specific rates for different roles, but your discount percentage applies across the board.")

5. How quickly can we start?

   For Bulk Hours, we can typically deploy resources within 24 to 48 hours. For Fixed Price projects, we start immediately upon contract sign-off.
